All Pokens shown on the web page are in stock at all times (with rare exceptions). Orders are shipped within 12 hours. Domestic shipping in the continental U.S. is via First Class or Priority Mail, both of which guarantee 2 to 3 day service from the U.S. Post Office.
All orders ship free to domestic US addresses via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Want it guaranteed in under three days? Pick UPS or FedEx options. All international orders ship via FedEx unless otherwise requested.

Shipping via FedEx
If you absolutely need it right away, PokenZoo now ships via FedEx. Any order placed before 4:00 pm CST will ship out that day via FedEx. Orders placed after 4:00 pm CST will ship out the next business day.
You can also order from our PokenZoo Amazon Store before the daily deadline and get it the next day.
30 day guarantee. If you return the product unopened and unused within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you the price you paid us for that product--all you pay is the return postage of the goods. Of course, customized and custom-printed Pokens are not returnable. FedEx or other rush shipping costs are not refundable. Bulk orders (18 or more Pokens) are not eligible for refunds.
